Hello soon to be Mrs., This is your time to shine! Please read through this completely before contacting Label Me Lindsay so we can answer some basic questions for you.
This is probably your first time going though all of this. Well, here at LML we have done it a time or two :) Over 300 times give or take. We know what you have to look forward to and questions that you might have. Go through the steps here and read about the LML Makeup and Hair Process. Before starting make sure you take a look at the Beauty Makeup and Beauty Hair Slide shows to see if LML is for you :)
1. Check Your Date: The Navigation bar at the top has a TAB entitled "The Bride Guide" and Click on "Wedding Availability" on the drop down menu. Look for your date, If there is no one on your date move to step 2. If the date is taken by another bride we are not available. A deposit has already been put down on your wedding date. But we can help you with other items on your pre-wedding To-Do list. (Eyelash Extensions, Hair Extensions, Airbrush Tanning and Waxing). Label Me Lindsay only takes weddings on Saturdays with a Maximum of 3 Saturdays Per Month.
FAQ:
Can I book my wedding if it is really early in the morning before a wedding that is already booked? Answer. No, we hold a date for the first bride to put down her deposit. Due to many unplanned timing changes and added bridesmaids hair and makeup we can not chance a second wedding. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2. Check Our Pricing: Your Date is OPEN!!! yay. We are so excited to potentially work with you on your wedding. Before you continue please take a look at Bridal Pricing under the "pricing" TAB These prices are set, if the price point works for you then please move on to step 3.
3. Choose 1. Consult OR 2. Book Your Date: IT In order to secure the date you need to put down a deposit of $150. You have two choices #1 Put the deposit down an do your consultation later (1-2 months before the wedding is recommended). If you plan of visiting a few different Hair and/or makeup artists and are not sure who you are going to go with then choose option #2 schedule a consultation with Lindsay first ($100 charge) and she will do your preview look. If you like what she does and want to book her you would just pay an additional $50 to book your date (the consultation price can go toward your deposit). If that seems confusing... just know a total of $150 must be paid to LML to book your date and that will go toward your services on the day of.
4. Email Lindsay: Your date is open, the price point fits your budget and you know if you want to Book it or Do a Consultation first.... At this point you can email LML and express interest in your Wedding date. labelmelindsay@gmail.com Include your Name, telephone number, wedding date and anything else you can think of that will help. You can include approximation of people wanting hair and/or makeup, the location, time of ceremony, etc.
5. Scheduling Your consultation: LML has an online booking system that we use for all services. Please click the "book now" button on our home page and select "Bridal". It will show you all of Lindsay's availability for your 2 hour consultation. We suggest you make this appointment on a weekday and not on the weekend. If you do schedule a weekend consultation it is more than likely it will get bumped for a wedding. Weddings take first priority even if they are last minute weddings. We also suggest you pick a time that you know you will be on time for because we can not run over into someone else's appointment and we want to give you your full 2 hour attention for your "big day" beauty preview!:) Consultations are only done during normal business hours. Tues-Friday 10am to 8pm. Your appointment will be confirmed as soon as possible.
6. The Consultation: Preview of Hair and/or Makeup for the day of the wedding. This is included in all packages for The Bride. You are required to come to Lindsay for your consultation and she will come to you on your special day. Please bring anything to aid in this process including (suggested not required): Hairpieces, veils, photos of hair and makeup that you like (if you are blonde look for blonde photos and brunettes look for brunette photos. Blonde updo's have much more texture do to the highlights and the same hairdo can look flat in texture on a brunette). This is a 2 hour consultation so please arrive on time and plan to be at LML for up to 2 hours. Due to Lindsay's busy schedule make sure that you change or cancel this appointment 24 hours ahead of time if you can not make your appointment. These appointment times are not flexible on the day of your appointment.

I am running 30 min late. Is that okay? answer: you will need to reschedule your appointment. We Need the full time for your consulation
7. Once You Have Booked with LML: You have either had your consultation and booked your date or you have booked your date and have not yet had your consultation. Either way LML is your bridal choice for Hair and/or Makeup for your wedding day. What to expect. You might have some bridesmaids who haven't decided yet if they will do hair and makeup. That is okay but you do need to send Lindsay a final count a least 2-4 weeks before the wedding. This is so she can staff your wedding correctly and give you realistic start time. Something that is hard to conceptulize is how long it takes to get ready. If you have 8 people who need to get ready and your wedding is at 2 pm you need to think of it like this.... if you wedding is at 2 and you need to take some photos before you probably need to be ready by 12pm. It takes at least 30 min to get into a wedding dress, perfume, lotion, jewelry etc. so we are at 11:30 if i have a team of people with me it is still going to take on average 45 min person. That is 6 Hours of getting ready time plus a 30 min set up.
8. The Day of: Lindsay shows up 15-30 mins before start time with the LML Bridal Team depending the size of your bridal party. We set up and start. Lindsay prides herself on punctuality so plan on starting right at scheduled time. The way it works is everyone will start and finish getting ready at the same time. We curl everyone's hair and pin it up to set until it is styled toward the end. While a couple people are getting their hair curled makeup is started. By the end everyone has fresh makeup and fresh hair. Don't worry for a minute the first person will be wilted by the end. We are total professionals and will make it look like they were the last person ready and will run on time. The only time LML might run late is if you have too many "add on" girls that we were not aware of. From time to time we have some bridesmaids that "opt out" of Hair and Makeup an do it themselves and later ask: Do you have time to do me too? How can we say no:) but it can cause the final ready time to be pushed back. So we suggest you have your bridesmaids who are on the fence look at our website photos so you can get a exact final count. Once you are off to your pictures we pack up and get back to LML headquarters. You might need a little lipstick before you wedding but other than that your hair and makeup will stay until the next day. If you do request touch ups it is a $100 per hour fee for Lindsay or one of her assistants to stay. The fee time starts when the last girl if finished.

Do the bridesmaids need to bring their own eyelashes?Answer: No, Lindsay Provides the lashes for all people who want them on the day of the wedding.

How many people can LML do? answer: we have services up to 18 girls Hair and Makeup so we can handle your bridal party:)

My Junior bridesmaid is only 13 is she cheaper? answer: all people over the age of 10 are the same price and under 10 are considered "flower girls".
