Chella Highlighter Pencil

Hello. This fresh and pretty Highlighter pencil will brighten and visibly lift your eyes when lightly applied on the brow bone and dark circles. It can conceal blemishes and dark spots on light skin tones. In addition, this multi-purpose pencil can be used to “open” the eye area by applying to the waterline and inner corners of the eye and the darker colors used for contouring. Perfect for highlighting a beautiful smile and preventing lipstick spread by applying to the Cupid 's bow and along the lip line. So many uses in just one perfect pencil. Beautiful.

To lift the brow and sculpt clean lines around certain areas of your eyebrows, apply the Chella Highlighter all the way under the eyebrow and just above the arch to the tail area. Blend the highlighter using the Chella Dual Blending Brush (not included) and then blend the highlighter above the arch above down toward the tail of the eyebrow. Apply the highlighter anywhere you want to brighten the face, the cupids bow, inner corner of the eye, brow bone, cheekbones, and to cover blemishes.  You can use the Dual Blending Brush (not included) or Face Blending Brush (not included) to blend.
